Current estimates for cancer prevention (www.wcrf-uk.org/uk/preventing-cancer/cancer-preventability-statistics) suggest that around 30% of 13 of the most common cancers in the United Kingdom could be prevented through improvements in diet, physical activity, and body weight. The importance of sedentary behaviour is also becoming clearer.1
