This is an excellent article but I have to question the description of this being a "quick" assessment. Did the authors actually time how long it took a novice to perform all of this assessment? In my estimation, an experienced generalist would struggle to perform this assessment in under 45 minutes. Can I suggest in the future that articles like this and the 10 minute consultation articles supply the editors with actual measurements of how long the suggested assessments/consultations took.
