Thank you for this paper. I'd be grateful if the authors could answer a question. I understand that some of the patients studied were anticoagulated. I have a patient with new atrial fibrillation and want to estimate their risk of stroke in order to help decide whether or not to anticoagulate. Since some of the QStroke patient were anticoagulated does QStroke underestimate the stroke risk for my patient? Thank you in anticipation. Wilf Treasure.
