Jazz Sethi


Jazz Sethi is the founder and director of The Diabesties Foundation - a global movement to make those with Type 1 Diabetes feel heard, supported and celebrated. She was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at age 13 and is currently on an insulin Pump and continuous glucose monitor (CGM). She also lives with Diabetes Insipidus.

Through her relentless work in social impact for the last 5 years, Jazz has become an extremely prominent voice for advocacy, education and empowerment for the Type 1 Diabetes community. She is also a certified diabetes educator, and finished her training with the International Diabetes Federation (IDF). Most recently, Jazz represented India to be IDF’s Young Leader of Diabetes for South East Asia (2019-2022 term).

Jazz spreads her time between, directly working with people living with T1D, and collaborating with organizations such as NHS England, diabetes charities such as JDRF and Diabetes India, and the Research Society for the study of Diabetes in India (RSSDI) on diverse strategic projects.
