Update to living WHO guideline on drugs for covid-19

The latest version of this WHO living guidance provides two new recommendations for patients with non-severe covid-19: (*a*) a strong recommendation for use of nirmatrelvir/ritonavir in patients at highest risk of hospitalisation; and a conditional recommendation against its use in patients at low risk of hospitalisation; (*b*) a conditional recommendation for use of remdesivir in patients at highest risk of hospitalisation.
